Before you order
What should I have ready?
Complete valuation report, settlement breakdown, and supporting vehicle records. The secure uploader accepts up to 6 PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files, 3.75 MB total after image compression. If your report is larger, contact us before buying so we can arrange delivery.
When does the delivery window begin?
Written review by email within 2 business days after we receive a complete, reviewable file (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). If information is missing, we will tell you what is needed. For the professional pilot, the walkthrough is scheduled separately after the written report.
What if my file needs a different service?
We will explain the scope before any extra work. If we cannot perform the purchased review, we refund that review fee. You can request cancellation before review work starts by replying to your confirmation email.
What are the limits?
A technical document review; no formal appraisal, replacement valuation, coverage opinion, claim negotiation, or promised settlement increase.
